CRI acknowledges that the success of a search for a missing teen or child depends upon the understanding of the relevant laws and
regulations where the teen runaway or missing kid is taken after CRI has located the
whereabouts of your loved one. We have excellent investigative and
intelligence knowledge of the operations of working to find your
teen runaway or missing kid, whether it is here in the United States or
abroad. We are also knowledgeable of the Hague Convention that may
exist in foreign operations and will work hand in hand with our legal
team as a liaison if and to assist us in the recovery phase if
applicable.
International abduction cases are amongst the

Initial Contact for Missing Children only:
The parent/custodial parent of the child or teenage runaway must have certified sole legal and physical custody.
We will require all copies of legal documents and police
reports/warrants. We will then review all legal documents and law
enforcements reports you may possess regarding the runaway teens or missing kid, including but not limited to court
orders such as domestic complaints, TOP and child custody directives.
The
parent or custodian must provide details of the abduction or flight of
the missing child / teen runaway. When requested, the victim-parent
must agree to accompany our team on your recovery operation.
You must agree to sign a non-disclosure agreement and contract for our services. A power of attorney maybe required
as well.
We require full cooperation and complete access to communicate with you at all times regarding your runaway children or teenager.
You must agree to complete an initial
contact form and registration form. Copies of birth certificates and passports must be supplied when requested.
Please provide as many current
photographs you may possess of your missing kids or runaway teens. These photographs will not be returned to you.
We
